Formula 1 Healthy Meal is a meal replacement shake for a calorie controlled diet. This plan allows you to have the recommended two shakes a day with the instant beverage tea along side your main meal. We will also be on hand to support you with questions and guidance.

It is a convenient healthy alternative to a high-calorie breakfast, lunch or dinner. F1 Free From shake is made without gluten, lactose or soy. High in protein and low in calories, this shake helps you feel fuller longer and gives you the right kind of nutrition.

Herbalife Protein Drink Mix ( PDM ) can be consumed in 2 delicious ways: prepare it as a tasty, calorie controlled high protein snack, or add it to your favourite shake, for an indulgent, rich, creamy drink. Curb your hunger and stay energised with the power of protein, vitamins and minerals.
By adding a scoop or two to our Formula 1 shake it then allows us to use water to mix our shakes instead of milk.
